What should you post on Instagram and How often

Instagram is a leading social networking photo sharing platform mostly used by the youth. Its quality and standard stands out Instagram from other social networking platforms like Facebook. But becoming popular on Instagram is completely different. In Facebook we mostly engage with people we know, our friends, relatives...

We may post many pics and selfies on Facebook without even caring about its quality But if you are doing that on Instagram I will say Instagram is not the place for you. You should follow a pattern while posting on Instagram so that your page looks nice and impress others to gain followers. I am here showing you the pattern I used and worked not so bad to keep my Instagram page impressive.

POST BEST QUALITY CONTENTS

You should not post all the pics you have in your smartphone to Instagram. If you have 10 selfies of you in your phone. You should only post the best one pic you have in Instagram at a time. Make sure you don't ruin your page with a lot of trash pics that your phone have in it because Instagram is not an online cloud storage space. People understand who we are, our status is revealed through the pics we post on Instagram. Remember that Instagram is for pros.

POST UNIQUE PICS

Instagram is not the place to post your passport sized photos with always black background . It just means that don't post so much pics from your room or the place you are mostly spending time in a dress because people wanna see unique pics even if it is pics of you.

POST CONTENTS WITH DIFFERENT THEMES

Your Instagram should not only have your selfies and your

pics but it should contain other contents which can show your skills like photography, art, illustrations...But control everything you post don't post just nature pics and paintings throughout better is that your pics should be seen mostly in your page and randomly you should post the other things. You can also  post videos of you singing , dancing and showing of other talents But make sure the number of videos should be always less than the pics . Don't crowd your page with videos.

SELECT UNIQUE THINGS TO POST RANDOMLY 

Use your brain your creativity skill think of unique things to post so randomly that it should not be posted so often but in between a long intervals of pictures . What I do is I post quotes which struck my mind inspires me and that quotes are so unique they are mostly from song lyrics and movies.

PUT FIXED TIME INTERVAL BETWEEN YOUR POSTS

You should post often on Instagram, Some people will say you should post three to five pics at least  per week But that strategy is not seem to be so convincing because you can post 5 pics just a time in two or three minutes But if you do that it would be the stupidest thing you will do . Don't post a couple of posts at a time. Instagram allows you to post a couple of pics in one post, Use this option only when you are posting same type of pics(selfies or pics from place taken almost the same time).

You can post a pic a day or two a day but make sure you put a good amount  of time interval between the posts that helps to get most of the attention to the pic you put at a time. 

Make sure you are active in Instagram checking fields daily and posting a fixed amount of posts per week.
